You may opt for your choice of shipping method. We are not liable for lost or damaged mail, hence, you may wish to opt for registered mail or door-to door service.
Goods will be delivered 5-7 working days subject to stock availability.
Orders with a P.O. Box will not be entertained.
International
MOYOASIA.COM primarily uses EMS (Express Mail Service), an international express service offered by over 140 postal services worldwide. However, depending on your order destination, we may also select from a pool of couriers to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments MOYOASIA.COM will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.
Goods will be delivered 15-20 working days, subject to stock availability.
Shipping rates would be calculated and shown at checkout. These rates serve as a guide as actual shipping cost would be determined by the courier service provider at the time of dispatch subject to fluctuating fuel costs and surcharges.
Tracking number will be provided and you can use it to view your delivery status.
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and / or taxes, which are levied once your parcel reaches your country.
We ship your parcel DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and do not collect the VAT, duties and / or taxes.
If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
