Returns & Exchanges
We only allow exchanges for defective or wrong product delivered.
Product must not be worn, altered or washed and must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
All SALE items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Defective Product
Defects must be manufacturer defects and not self-inflicted (ie. Torn while putting it on, inappropriate laundry method, careless handling).
There is strictly no cash refund. Exchange for another product of the same value is allowed in the event that the original product ordered is out of stock.
Size Exchange
Size exchange is allowed on a case to case basis. Kindly email to customerservice@moyoasia.com and we would advise whether the order is eligible for a size exchange. Exchange for size is subject to stock availability and no cash refund is allowed
How to return the product?
Take a picture of the item received and email to customerservice@moyoasia.com within 7 days upon receipt.
Kindly include the following information in the email:
1. Name & Contact Number
2. Order Number
3. Reason for exchange
Product must be mailed to our address within 10 working days.

All postage for returns shall be borne by the customer unless it is a wrong order sent by MoyoAsia.com. We shall not be held responsible for lost mail during dispatch.
